My name is Nasir Shabaz-Scott, and I play both running back and outside linebacker. I’m passionate about football and committed to doing whatever it takes to help my team succeeded. On the field I bring a combination of toughnes, agility and intelligence and always looking for ways to improve and support my teammate. Off the field I maintain an 85% average in all core classes and am dedicated to staying on top of my academics. I plan to major in either Criminal Justice or Athletic Sciences because I want a career that allows me to help others and stay connected to my passion for sports. What sets me apart is my leadership and discipline. I lead by example, showing up early, working hard, and staying focused no matter the situation. My coaches and teammates can count on me to stay committed, push through challenge, and bring a positive attitude everyday. I believe I would be a value to any team not just because of my athleticism, but because of the mindset and work ethic i bring with me.
